On April 14th, Teacher Guo Hong taught a seminar on Japanese online teaching for Grade eight students.


This course is based on the core literacy of Japanese subjects, focusing on the cultivation of students' language ability, the improvement of knowledge application ability, and the formation of cultural awareness. In the process of "listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translating", the teacher encouraged students to think independently and explore cooperatively.
China and Japan, as neighbors separated by a strip of water, have had close cultural exchanges since ancient times. It is not difficult to see the similarity between Chinese and Japanese. This is not only an advantage for Chinese students learning Japanese but also a major difficulty for Chinese students to learn Japanese. The teaching of this course focuses on the similarities and differences between Chinese and Japanese languages, helping students to integrate and transfer knowledge.
During the teaching process, Ms. Guo Hong took advantage of the online teaching to guide the students to interact with the PPT display, provide comments on the same screen, and take pictures to complete the classroom tasks, which fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the students and allowed each student to participate in a relaxed and pleasant classroom.
After the seminar, the school leaders and the teachers of the Japanese Language Teaching and Research Office conducted evaluations and discussions on the teaching design and online teaching situation of this course.

Director Wang Ying of the Japanese Language Teaching and Research Office believes that Ms. Guo Hong has rich professional knowledge and solid basic teaching skills. Ms. Guo Hong has carefully studied the teaching materials, mastered the learning situation, the teaching process is closely linked, and the teaching methods are various and flexible. This class gives full play to the subjectivity of the students, mobilizes their enthusiasm of the students, and the classroom atmosphere is harmonious.
Mr. Zhang Fujun believes that Ms. Guo's curriculum objectives are clear, the key points and difficulties are prominent and clear, and the teaching links are scientific and smooth; the teaching process includes lectures and exercises so that students can master new knowledge in the process of thinking and exploring.
Ms. Wang Wei believes that Ms. Guo Hong has in-depth research on teaching materials and curriculum standards, and can set teaching goals around the core literacy of Japanese subjects. The course design is reasonable and the introduction is smooth; the explanation of knowledge is pragmatic, detailed, and focused. The teacher-guided students by their aptitude, and eloquence, and the effect is obvious. Students cooperate actively, and the interaction between teachers and students is natural.
Teacher Xu Zhaoxia thinks that Teacher Guo's teaching design is ingenious and engaging. The teaching style is friendly and natural, patiently guides students, and can effectively interact with students online through a variety of teaching methods. Using mind maps can help students organize their thoughts and improve their knowledge integration ability.

Lou Shuang, Director of the Academic Affairs Office, believes that Ms. Guo Hong can flexibly use online teaching methods to interact with students in real-time and keep abreast of students' mastery of new knowledge. In the teaching process, Ms. Guo compares Chinese and Japanese, so that students can learn new knowledge through familiar content, and integrate them.
Vice-principal Yang Zhongshan believes that Ms. Guo Hong is well prepared, has rich classroom content, pays attention to the combination of lectures and exercises, and can control the classroom well. In addition, Principal Yang proposed to strengthen the training of students' basic skills in the teaching process and to teach students according to their aptitude in the teaching process.
