  To further strengthen the construction of the team of head teachers in our school, explore new methods of grade and class management, and give full play to the important role of moral education, CFLS held a two-week sharing meeting on moral education. The leaders of CFLS, the student office, the grade group, and the head teachers work together to build the brand of school moral education.

 

 

  On the morning of March 7, the student affairs office organized a class teacher's experience sharing and exchange meeting. The meeting was presided over by Li Zhongqi, director of the Student Office, and attended by Vice Principal Lou Shuang, Deputy Director Lu Xiaoguang of the Student Office, Deputy Director Jiang Haijun of the Student Office, and all head teachers.

 

 

  Teacher Xu Dongju advocates giving children the education of love and wisdom and strives to be a happy head teacher. Through effective teacher-student interaction, she makes children feel that it is a happy thing to go to school. Teacher Xu gives three suggestions on how to be a happy head teacher: first, to be a happy person, secondly, to respect and love students is the core, and finally, to pay attention to methods is key. Teacher Xu suggested that in concrete practice, we should express more love for students, praise students, strive for the full cooperation of parents, and pay attention to details.

 

 

  Teacher Liu Wei shared his experience in the aspects of achievement improvement, career planning, and the cultivation of excellent students. How to cultivate excellence is an important content shared by teacher Liu Wei. Through sharing, we all know that teacher Liu Wei planted the seeds of Tsinghua University and Peking University early in the hearts of these outstanding students so that excellent students have the goal and confidence to go to the ideal school in their hearts. She also shared several things that she thought were particularly important in her specific work: improving metacognition, reviewing carefully, paying attention to details, listening, trust, relaxation, salons, and speeches.

  The work of the head teacher plays a vital role in class construction, and every sharing and exchange of the work experience of the head teacher is a collision of ideas, which not only provides a platform for the head teacher to learn from his strong points to offset his weaknesses in the future class management but also expands the head teacher's work ideas and lays a good foundation for better class management in the future.

 

 

  Director Li Zhongqi and Vice Principal Lou Shuang of the Student Office summarized the experience sharing of the two head teachers respectively. Director Li Zhongqi fully affirmed the efforts made by the two teachers for this exchange meeting and suggested that everyone accumulate and refine their daily work experience, gradually form their educational concepts and management characteristics, and strive to become expert class teachers. Director Li Zhongqi put forward higher requirements for moral education from the aspects of safety education, etiquette education, detail management, and campus culture, and made work mobilization and deployment for all grades to welcome the school's 60th anniversary. Vice Principal Lou Shuang fully appreciated and analyzed the highlights of the work of the two head teachers, and advocated that the head teachers could learn from them. Vice Principal Lou suggested that we should change our ideas into practices and let them form a statement. Only in this way can we form the text accumulation of moral education management, and let our moral education management form a system.
