New Semester school faculty Conference

　　In order to arrange the education and teaching work in the new semester and ensure that all teachers are fully engaged in their work, on August 15th, CFLS held the 2022 Fall Faculty and Staff Conference to arrange the deployment of key tasks for the new semester, so that the school will develop more stability.

　　The meeting was presided over by the director of the school office, Shao Yang. New teachers from Changchun Foreign Languages School and Changchun Jingyue Foreign Languages Experimental School will introduce themselves this semester. The arrival of new teachers has added vitality and impetus to the rapid development of the school. It is hoped that the new teachers will complete the role change as soon as possible, improve their professional ability, and get on the right track as soon as possible.

　　Principal Wang Hao made arrangements for the new semester. First of all, Principal Wang briefly introduced the development history of CFLS, and reviewed the glittering achievements of admission situation of university in the past six years.

　　Afterwards, Principal Wang hoped that the teachers of the whole school would build a consensus, form a joint force, and maintain two states. First, we must maintain the spirit of never being satisfied and striving forward bravely, we must adhere to problem-oriented and goal-oriented, boost energy, and strive to catch up. To be in line with first-class schools, to be in line with first-class famous teachers, and to position the quality of education and teaching in the pursuit of first-class. Second, teachers must be dedicated to their jobs, devote themselves to classroom teaching, and improve the quality of education and teaching. Third, we must strengthen security to build a safe campus. Campus security forces must be in place and emergency response measures must be in place. Principal Wang emphasized that in the new semester, the school will continue to do a good job in accordance with the new changes and requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and continue to deepen and improve various prevention and control measures to ensure the health and safety of teachers and students throughout the school. Fourth, it is necessary to strengthen the management of the teaching staff, strengthen the regular management of teachers' teaching, strengthen the inspection of regular classrooms. In moral education work, we must be diligent for routine management, cultivate students' good behavior and habits, and do moral education work solidly, meticulously, and finely.
