  On the morning of September 7, 2021, Xu Shibin, first-class inspector and deputy director of Jilin Provincial Department of Education, Yang Hong, secretary of Jilin Foreign language training Center, accompanied the Secretary-General of the Secretariat of CSC, Xia Qing, deputy director of the European, Asian and African Affairs Department, and project officer Huang Yingyi to our school for investigation.

 

 

  Accompanied by President Wang Hao, Secretary Zhao Qingwen, and responsible comrades of the school office, the International Department, and the recruitment Office, the Secretary General of Health and Construction and his party inspected the school campus and randomly listened to the regular Russian lessons of Teacher Chi Chao on the way of inspection.

 

 

  Principal Wang Hao introduced in detail the development history of of Russian discipline in CFLS, emphasizing that the school adheres to the goal of "National Consciousness, International Vision" to strengthen the cultivation of students' global competence, global leadership, necessary character, key abilities and value pursuit, thereby cultivating Chinese people who go to the world.

  The Secretary-General of Health and Construction Science affirmed the achievements of the school and introduced the main work of the National Scholarship Council. He stressed that CFLS is the gateway implementing unit of the CSC's policy of studying abroad in Jilin Province. The CSC will certainly support the development of the school, actively promote the Russian government scholarship channel to select domestic outstanding Russian graduates from senior high schools to study in Russia, and strengthen international exchanges between the two countries, cooperate to train various professionals. In international relations, they will attach importance to the new opportunities and challenges of global study abroad, and strengthen the education and management of studying abroad. While paying attention to the cultivation of language ability and speech skills, they should deepen students' understanding of Russian culture, excavate the national cultural connotation carried by the language, understand the social reality of Russian-speaking countries, and promote the healthy development of students.

 

 

  This research activity has put forward constructive suggestions for strengthening the characteristics of the school in the future, especially in foreign language education and teaching, and effectively promoted the innovation of foreign language education and teaching system and mechanism.
