On November 15, China Education Association for International Exchange(CEAIE)and the Department of Children, Youth, Education and Skills of the Jersey Government of the United Kingdom jointly organized the " Sino-UK Partnership School Exchange Program Training Activity", which was held online. Beijing Eleven School, British Jersey Girls' School, Beijing Chen Jinglun Middle School, and British Jersey School shared topics related to "Teacher Competence Improvement" and mixed education. Principal Wang Hao of CFLS, Director Shao Yang of the school office, Director Li Zhongqi of the Admissions Office, Director Chen Yongdong of the Publicity Center, Director Wang Zhongshan of the International Department and some English teachers participated in the project training.

Zhang Jin, Education Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in the UK, Wang Yongli, Secretary-General of the China Association for International Exchange, Kenden, Minister of Education, Skills and Children of Jersey, and Reagan, Director of the Department of Education, Skills and Children of Jersey, attended the event. Fu Bo, Director of International Cooperation Department of China Education Association for International Exchange presided over the event.

The “Sino-UK Partnership School Exchange Program” is a project of the Sino-UK high-level talent exchange mechanism. It aims to implement the relevant contents of the youth exchanges of the Sino-UK High-level People-to-People Exchange Mechanism, strengthen the understanding and friendship between the youths of the two countries,help establish direct contacts between the two countries' primary and secondary schools, and promote exchanges and learning and basic education cooperation between the youths.
The establishment of the "Sino-UK Partner School Exchange Program" platform will enhance the acdamic quality of CFLS, broaden the vision of teachers and students, and better respond to various challenges. CFLS is the vice president of the National Institute of Foreign Language School Working Research Council, with more than 30 countries of various types of schools to establish lasting cooperative relations. CFLS pays attention to cultivating students' abilities and expertise, and cultivates open and tolerant Chinese who are good in arts and sciences, outstanding in foreign languages, with “National Awareness and International Vision.



Joining the program is a recognition of our foreign language teaching ability and the promotion of foreign cooperation and exchange. CFLS will also take this as an opportunity to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with domestic famous schools, effectively promote the development of English subjects, and actively explore the form and content of inter-school communication with Britain in the new period.
