On the morning of November 11, 2021, the English Teaching and Research Section of CFLS and Xigaze No. 3 Senior High School in Tibet carried out an online classroom teaching seminar. Wang Hao, the principal of CFLS, Zhang Zhenhe, director of the senior high school English teaching and research section, Zhang Fengguo, director of the information center, and some high school English teachers participated in the seminar. Basang,Principal of Xigaze No. 3 Senior High School , Gao Xiaoming, Vice Principal, Zhang Chunlei, Assistant to the Principal,Director Liu Haibiao of Teaching and Research Section, Director Liu Xiaopeng of the Office of Cyberspace Affairs, Deputy Director Gong Haidong of Teaching and Research Section, Senior High School English Subject Leader Chen Zhuying, and all English teachers attended this session Activity.
First of all, the principal of CFLS Wang Hao and the principal of Basang No. 3 Senior High School in Xigaze delivered speeches respectively. This event set up a bridge for communication between the two schools, broadened new channels for education, teaching and research, realized classroom intercommunication and resource sharing, and promoted the development of education and teaching between the two schools.

Teacher Danzeng Zhuoga from Xigaze No. 3 Senior High School gave an open class entitled "B4U4 Body Language-Reading". According to the students' cognitive level and learning characteristics, Teacher Danzeng Zhuoga implemented the "dual activity" teaching model through the design of in-depth classroom teaching activities, and strived to make classroom learning more efficient.

Teacher Liu Qian believes that the teaching design of this class is clear, giving students sufficient language support in teaching, and students can actively answer questions. Through the video import, the students' interest is aroused. In the text analysis, it is problem-oriented, focusing on cultivating students' ability to fast-reading and information search, and sort out the main problems in the article.

Teacher Wang He believes that this class reflects the excellent personal qualities of the instructor, with fluency in language, clear instructions, and authentic pronunciation. At the same time, the teacher has a thoughtful and meticulous design for this lesson, and has a wealth of teaching methods, such as pictures, videos, etc. In the problem design, diversification is also taken into consideration, such as filling in the blanks, connecting lines, and Q&A, which increase the students' interest in learning and the cooperation of the students. Students are very cooperative in the class.

Teacher Zheng Qingju believes that the teacher is full of personal charm and vivid and authentic language. This teacher's super appeal attracts every teacher and classmates to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of cross-cultural communication. This reading comprehension class is based on the classic dual-activity teaching model. Under the premise of giving students sufficient reading time, the activity design is simple and clear, and guides students to gradually experience and truly understand the importance of body language in communication.

In the process of communication, the teachers of both sides also pointed out the teaching links that can be improved in this lesson. The teachers discussed enthusiastically and conducted in-depth discussions on the teaching nature of the English subject.
Director Zhang Zhenhe of the English Teaching and Research Section of the Senior High School made a concluding speech. While affirming the personal abilities of Danzeng Zhuoga, Mr. Zhang encouraged her to believe in her professionalism. She may be more courageous and try to teach in English. Explaining English in English will have a greater sense of accomplishment. Second, we must believe in students and create an English learning atmosphere for students through the teacher’s demonstration. Even if students encounter difficulties, don't be afraid, students can repeat the correct expression of the teacher. Through all-English exchanges, students' English literacy and communication skills will also be greatly improved.

The seminar activity lasted for nearly 2 hours. The in-depth and pragmatic exchanges between the English teachers of the two schools promoted the long-term development of the teachers of both sides.
