In order to promote the high-quality development of basic education in Changchun City, create a good momentum, a good environment and a good atmosphere for a virtuous cycle of basic education. In accordance with the requirements of the Changchun Education Bureau, CFLS has established an outstanding high school principal's studio. The members of the principal’s studio include principals of some municipal districts and schools directly under the city of Changchun.
On November 26, 2021, our school held an online seminar. Principal Wang Hao and Director Li Zhongqi of the School Admissions Office were the keynote speakers of this conference.
Principal Wang Hao shared the content of the speech made by Superintendent Wang Zhong during his inspection and investigation of CFLS. It was emphasized that the superintendent's speech has a leading role in the field of basic education and is also a guarantee for the school to further understand the education and teaching work.
In the reform phase of the new college entrance examination, the school organized teaching principals, grade directors, heads of the Academic Affairs Office, and Student Office to go to Shanghai and Zhejiang to learn experience, especially to Hangzhou Foreign Language School for field trips. This inspection laid a solid foundation for the school's future work, took a key step in the 2024 college entrance examination, and contributed CFLS experience.
Director Li Zhongqi of the School Admissions Office explained in detail from the relevant documents of the new college entrance examination and the development history, mode and selection of subject combinations, score composition, 4 selection 2 subject assignments, voluntary reporting, admission mode, enrollment plan, and selection guidelines. Through four stages of learning and understanding, mobilization within the school, trial operation of selected subjects and classes, and consolidation and improvement, the school introduced the outstanding experience of the school in selecting subjects and classes.
The establishment of the studio of outstanding high school principals has established a resource sharing platform for regional exchanges and discussions, and promoted the promotion of the professional level of principals of basic education schools. CFLS is willing to give full play to its exemplary and leading role and make positive contributions to the high-quality development of basic education in Changchun.
