The focus of this lesson is the influence of the structure of ethanol on the properties, and the difficulty is the mechanism of the catalytic oxidation reaction of ethanol. In order to break through the difficulties, Mr. Yang adopted teaching methods such as observation, experiment, discussion, analysis and induction. When studying the reaction of ethanol and sodium and the catalytic oxidation reaction of ethanol, Mr. Yang started with experiments, arousing students' interest in learning, and through observation and analysis, he came to the conclusion of the reaction, and then found the mechanism of the reaction from the structure, and put the ethanol Comparing the reaction with sodium and the reaction of water and sodium to help students deeply understand the influence of structure on the properties of matter, followed by targeted exercises, let students try to apply the knowledge to solve problems, and understand the knowledge in the process, gradually Form a cognitive model, and then improve the ability and increase the "ability".
