On the morning of September 1, 2022, the junior high school Chinese teaching and research department of CFLS launched the activity of studying the "Chinese Curriculum Standards". Dr. Lang Di, a junior middle school Chinese teaching and researcher from Jilin Provincial Institute of Education, gave a wonderful lecture on "Key Points of Chinese Curriculum Standards and Teaching Instructions".

At the beginning of the lecture, Dr. Lang Di, a provincial junior high school Chinese teaching and researcher, had an interactive exchange with all the junior high school Chinese teachers on the scene in order to let everyone better understand the "double reduction and quality improvement", and then shared the teaching and seminar process of the whole book. Taking “Learning and Pre-Learning” as an example, the teachers made it clear that there are two aspects of student activities and teacher activities, and advocated that teachers and students should change their thinking and conduct more brainstorming. Mr. Lang Di set up four major sections and six task groups, and explained the operation method of task groups in detail, emphasizing the teaching concept of "integration and classification". He explained the teaching ideas of Chinese curriculum standard from "one word" to "one text" with the example of "Shihao Official", and explored the pre-reading, general reading, and careful reading of the famous Chinese curriculum standard case "Ai Qing Poems".

Dr. Lang pointed out the direction for our future reading teaching of famous novels. There are not only high-level guidance, but also practical methods. The examples are detailed and explain the profound things in a simple way, which benefited the participating teachers a lot, and wish there was more of it.

This training is a case-reflection mixed training for junior high school Chinese. On behalf of CFLS, Teacher Ma Dandan from gave a class to stimulate interest by reading the classics "Dawn Blossoms Plucked at Dusk" in grade 7. Ms. Ma gave a lecture on the introductory class of "Dawn Blossoms Plucked at Dusk": Driven by two tasks, he carried out an activity to design the cover of the book, which enhanced students' understanding of Lu Xun and its style of work. The teaching session allows students to travel through time and space, join hands with Lu Xun as a child, and explore the source of author's ideological changes. Students understand that the review and reflection of the past is the beginning of the author's real creation on the road of revolution. In the introductory class, the students designed a beautiful cover and completed the best cover recommendation of "Dawn Blossoms Plucked at Dusk".

Ms. Ma's guided reading class was highly recognized by Dr. Lang Di and unanimously praised by the participating teachers. Ms. Ma had made a bold attempt in the teaching method of classics reading, and also provided an excellent teaching model for the teaching of classics reading.

Finally, Fang Fang, director of the junior high school Chinese teaching and research section, made a training summary, pointing out that the new Chinese curriculum reform should complete the teacher's role from "teaching" to "learning". Under the guidance of the overall goal of the core literacy of the Chinese curriculum, a literacy-based language learning task group should be constructed. Director Fang Fang advocated that all junior high school Chinese teachers should carefully study the teaching strategies of Dr. Lang Di, and apply them to the teaching practice of reading classics.

Vice Principal Zhang Lianfeng and Director Zhang Yanling of the Academic Affairs Office emphasized that teaching and research are the source of teaching quality and teachers' own growth. Let us continue to improve in our thinking and discussion. Under the guidance of experts, CFLS teachers will continue to innovate, strive to ride the wind and waves in education, be brave in pioneering, and arouse beautiful waves.
