With the advent of International Working Women's Day, on the afternoon of March 8, our school's forum on International Working Women's Day was held as scheduled, attended by members of the school's leading group. the school office, the Academic Affairs Office, the director of the student office, the grade director, and the representatives of young female teachers who have participated in the work in the past three years.
The meeting was presided over by Hou Xirong, director of the women's work committee of the school trade union. The meeting is based on "Seeking Truth and Innovation" as the theme. At the meeting, two grade directors talked about their work experience and management methods from the perspective of grade management, and ten teachers talked about their own teaching experience, teaching method innovation, and feelings from their positions.
Principal Wang Hao delivered an ebullient speech on behalf of the school's leading group, emphasizing the importance of training teachers across fields, disciplines, and school sections, fully affirming the role of young teachers, and encouraging young teachers to work in a down-to-earth manner and to seek truth and innovation. Meanwhile, he expressed holiday greetings and best wishes to all female teachers and staff. A vast number of teachers are encouraged and redoubled their drive.
